1. Who we are

Courtyard ("we") operates courtyard.works, a SaaS for architectural visualization animation. Contact: support@courtyard.works.

2. Data we collect

Account data (email, full name, company, locale) when you sign up. Uploaded renders, music, logos that you submit to the studio. Project metadata (timeline, presets, render results). Payment metadata (we never see card numbers — Stripe handles that). Usage and error telemetry (Sentry, anonymized).

3. How we use it

To deliver the service: store your renders, generate videos, deliver mp4s. To bill you (Stripe). To email you about render status and account changes (Resend). To improve reliability via aggregated error/perf telemetry.

4. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors required to run the product: Supabase (database/auth), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), fal.ai (Kling video model), AWS Lambda (Remotion render), Inngest (job queue), Sentry (errors). No data is sold or used for advertising.

5. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Account deletion is one-click in /profile and removes account + projects + assets within 30 days. Email support@courtyard.works for any data request.

6. Retention

Account & project data: kept until you delete the account. Render artifacts: 12 months unless you delete sooner. Payment records: 10 years (legal requirement).

7. Cookies

Strictly-necessary cookies for auth + Stripe checkout. No advertising cookies. The cookie banner records your choice locally.
